Install new lights and replace existing lights 2

I have a job to put in new light fittings in my whole upstairs (Replacing existing lights with downlights ) 5 bedrooms and replace existing lights with new fittings in 3 rooms downstairs. A total of approx 14 Downlights and 5 Wall mounted and 5 ceiling lights.
