Hide exposed garage wiring, sauna power point, external socket for garden lights

I am in the process of garage renovations, the old wiring in the garage is on the outside of the frame, and this is preventing plywood walls from being installed. Would like wiring moving behind the wooden frame around the garage. In addition to this - 1 - Add in a 32amp rcd with an isolated switch for use with a sauna unit 2 - Outdoor weatherproof socket for use with garden lights 3 - Check wiring on automatic driveway lights that are not working Will add photos later
