Outdoor socket & replace sensor for outdoor light

Hi there We have bought a Nissan Leaf EV, and need an outdoor power socket to charge it. To be installed in our drive way where we park the car. We will eventually get an EV wall charger (a Tesla one or similar) when we can afford. a bigger EV, so would be great if it could be wired up for that as well, but not sure if that is possible? Also, our outdoor light sensor is broken, and we want the replacement installed (which I will supply - see photos). House has been re-wired, and is a waterboard house with good access (see photos).
