Fitting extractor fans for rental property
Job description
I require an electrician to come and install extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen to enable a Healthy Homes check for my rental property. I will need a fully qualified electrician to meet code. The bathroom is upstairs so will need outside access via ladder. As the property is tenanted, I will need to arrange a time for the work with the tenants so timing will be dependent upon their availability.
