Check wiring plus couple other things

Lights around the house regularly flicker. The TV recently blew its power board which may or may not be related. Would also like someone to look at the timer on our spa pool at the same time (photo). Plus a smashed power socket. And a quote for a few other jobs like additional lights in some rooms.
