Replacing a light switch and power point unless there are other solutions.

We need a qualified electrician to replace a light switch and power point with new ones. Please send me a quote. 1. light switch - the switch piece came off. The light switch panel may need to be replaced. 2. powerpoint - we had a baby outlet plug but it broke off leaving a broken plastic prong stuck in the outlet. is it possible to pull those prongs out? or we will need to replace the powerpoint with a new?
