Repair/replace extractor fan
Job description
The extractor fan component of my combination lights and fan unit in my bathroom has stopped working completely. It went through an intermittent phase of working then just humming, now it's dead. If the whole unit has to be replaced, am after something similar/larger in size, to avoid ceiling painting. Obviously all the ducting is already in place to vent to the exterior wall.

Mark was prompt with responses, clear in communications and easy to deal with. The work was done as expected, and simple with no fuss. Mark cleaned up after himself, used a drop cloth/protector etc. which was appreciated.
