Bathroom heatlamp/Fan install

Renovating bathroom, I need my current heat lamp in ceiling removed and replaced with new (shown). The fan will need extracting outside, You can fit it next to vent outside (shown). There is already an independent fan in bathroom, not doing a great job as ceiling got a lot of mould, why The second fan if conducted properly should help alot. There is 3 Meters ducting in box, you'll see in photo the window outside is the bathroom window, so a very short distance, Manhole to ceiling is outside bathroom door. The 3 switches to control heatlamps/light and fan are already there. If I'm able to get ball park figurers, that would be appreciated.
