Various wiring jobs

I've got a couple jobs that need doing 1. We have 3 outside lights at the back. One is going, the other two aren't. On of the ones that isn't will flicker when a bulb is in and turned on. 2. We would like to add a powerpoint by our rangehood for it to be plugged into, if it's easy enough to do 3. We have two security cameras we would like to install, we need the cables run through the attic, and then run down through wall (along with two other cables that are already run and hanging from hole in ceiling).
