Light replacement, new lights, switch and light electrical moved

We are eventually looking to replace most of the lighting in our house . We have the first lot (approx 15 lights including pendants, Downlights and wall lights) and need a sparky to come and install them. This will include moving some existing wiring (including lights and switches) and running new wiring. All of the places we want to move wiring/run new wiring are easily accessible. In the first instance we’ll be looking for quotes. The attached photo is an example of the type of work we’d like. We want to centre a pendant in the middle of the room and put a down light where the existing electrical is, we’d like to have another down light diagonally opposite.
