Run TV cables through wall

I need someone to come and run the cables for our new TV down inside the wall so that they are hidden. There is a dwang about 600mm above the skirting board, so this is above the capabilities of my tool box. I also want the power cable to go down inside the wall so it can plug into the surge protector on the floor, where there is already a power-point. See photo for more details.
