Hallway Light Repair

1) Repair hallway light which needs repair following water damage from a leak. Unsure whether it is wiring or socket. 2) If possible and not too expensive, add a 2nd light switch for the same light (currently has a switch at one end of the hallway, want a switch at the other end as well). The switch would be added to an existing panel which already has 2 light switches on it. Good ceiling access.
