Install heat pump x 2

I need two heat pumps installed in a single story weatherboard house. They are both back to back, so should be fairly straight forward. I have not purchased the units yet, but am on a fairly tight budget for this job, so they may be second hand. Please let me know if there are standard issues that arise when installing second hand units. This will need to be done in the next 4 weeks. Many thanks
