Additional ceiling lights

Hi, looking for someone to add in additional (standard) ceiling light connections in lounge, kitchen and bedroom of one bed flat. Currently there is only one light in each room, would like one additional light connection added in both bedroom and kitchen and two additional connections in lounge. No insulation in ceiling at moment, and easy access to ceiling through loft hatch. Work would need to be completed between 5th August and 10th August (before insulation is installed) Also considering adding in wiring to allow for future installation of heated towel rail into bathroom. Looking for quotes only at this stage please, before I confirm go ahead of job. Please advise of price with and without towel rail connection included. Property in Alicetown, Lower Hutt.
