Downlight installation x14 and related work

I have two newly lined rooms with new wiring, power points and switches already installed. It has been 18 months since the first phase of the work was completed and I can now not get hold of the contractor to complete phase 2 and install the down lights and issue certification. The attached plan shows 14 downlights to be supplied and installed. All of the wiring is new and ready in the ceiling. The complete job includes: 1. 14 x 900 lumen 4000k lights to supply and install 2. Replacement of a light fitting in a different bathroom (I have the fixture already) 3. Reconnection of power to a nearby garage door opener that the previous contractor accidentally disconnected. I’d be available to meet at the property over the next few weeks preferably on a Friday or Monday.
