Extractor fan and towel rail

Install a new extractor fan in a small bathroom. There may be a challenge to go through or around an asbestos cladding outside... Also an electric towel rail (with a timer or something more intelligent) is to install (with no sockets in the bathroom, currently, but there is an ancient shaver socket).
