Installing a heated towel rail

We have a new heated towel rail to install in our ensuite bathroom. One photo shows the wall where we would like to install it. Power would need to be extended to that part of the wall. Other photo shows towel rail we have purchased. This is not an overly urgent job but would be good to complete within the next month.
