Job was completed to expectations. Staff were courteous, punctual and professional. I have rated lower on communication because I was expecting a quote but the tradesmen began work. When queried the office said they don’t quote for small jobs. I feel this could’ve been communicated better as that isn’t typical practice in my experience.

"Hi Dean, my apologies for any miscommunication, I have looked back and both communications advised we could book in to 'do the work' at that time, we typically do not quote for smaller works as you can appreciate the industry is so busy at the moment the cost of small quoting tend to just inflate the final pricing to customers which were committed to being competitive on, I'm glad all was to expectations and below estimated cost also.
