Hi Teams Thanks for the interest, greatly appreciated. Need to cancel this job. The Better Half had left it up to me to sort (at least that was our last conversation) the repair. But have just discovered this evening when sticking my head in the cupboard to just see how things were (ie. steady as she goes or getting dodgy and needs fast attention) and noticed had been repaired. Turns out, while she was talking to the neighbour over the fence, they had an Electrician there sorting a light or something and dragged them over once they had finished next door. Luckily, I had stuck my head in, otherwise, would have wasted Your time with arranging a visit, to only then discover no longer needed. As the Wife hadn't said a thing, until I prodded her !!! Once again, thanks for the response and appologies for the "Crying Wolf" . Cheers
