New Kitchen

Our kitchen is about 12 square metres. We would like all new kitchen joinery and a bench top. (We are happy to remove old joinery etc.) We have no problem with flatpacks of our choice being installed. We want a partitioning wall taken out between kitchen and lounge, if possible. We think the walls need regibbing. We would like to install new plug points. We expect to replace the oven and to install a dishwaher, new sink and tap ware. (Expect that means a plumber too.) The floors will be done at a later date. We would appreciate some advice on possible removal/replacement of fireplace.
