Hi Wanting to convert a basement into a self contain unit. Needed lights and power points run to new locations, as well as cables for oven and heat pump. We need the electrical supply separated from the existing house and a new electrical board. Wanting to get in touch with tradies so once it goes through the council we can get started quickly. At this stage looking at estimates to see if we can afford the work. Initial draft plans attached. Cheers
