Electric hot water cylinder not heating. Tried turning the main power off and on but did not power cycle. Break switch not clearly labelled so tried the switch both ways, waited a few hours to see if the water would heat up but did not. Water noises going through the cylinder, water is cold. Pipes below the cylinder are cold, pipe above cylinder are cold. No leaks. Possibly thermostat/water heater. Had hot water yesterday morning (working roughly 7-10 am yesterday morning). Cylinder installed 10 years ago, electrician replaced valve a few years ago after hissing noises.
