Hard wiring in an oven and cooktop

Removal of existing inbuilt oven and bench cooktop, hard wiring of new oven and installing new oven and cooktop. Possibly bench may require an extra cm cutout if need be to accomodate a similiar size cooktop, as existing cooktop has a 1 cm enamel like edging so we don't 100% know the cut out space below it.
