Older home needing the (right) spark returned!

My mother is the third generation to own this home and she’s needing a few jobs done. We’re keen for some quotes for 1. Putting in an extractor fan in a bathroom. 2. Fixing (maybe replacing) a light switch or two. 3. Installing a couple of large hanging lights in the kitchen. 4. Some advice on what else should be updated. This job will need an experienced electrician as it is an old home.
