Electricity Sub-Meter

The house comes with previous Bungalow style house and an extension together. I would add an electricity sub-meter to the main board as per photo. The sub-meter will charge the extension plus 3 lights in the old house but next to it. After a test, 3 lights are wired to the old house at the moment. They need new wires to the extension, in order to join into the same wiring & switch on the main board. The ceiling is accessible. Optional Job: Two bathroom extract fans need to be changed new ones. The house is under renovation. I will be there this Friday afternoon --- pm --- . In case, you are busy, we would make another time.
