Change of indoor light fixtures

4 of the light fixtures in my house are for non standard bulbs. I would like these fixtures replaced with fixtures which take standard screw in led light bulbs. Looking at the photos down the bottom I would like the fixtures like the first and 2nd photo replaced with one like in the third.
