Rangehood replacement and bathroom extractor fan

Our basic range hood needs replacing as it no longer works and a repair is not worth the time. At the same time we need an extractor fan put in the bathroom. I have a feeling there is a vent outside near the bathroom, not sure if a fan can be hooked into that or not. Ideally you could include the price of the fan and I will organise the range hood. This is for a rental. Job needs doing pretty soon.
