House rewire

Looking to get a quote and recommendations for our electrical issues. Some of the power points and lights don’t go because the fuse keeps popping out (one of those old kinds without the switch. Old switchboard needs replacing. A couple of the light switches buzz when you try and turn them on, then you have to poke the switch for it to stop buzzing. You get a bit of a shock when your finger or hand is on the switch too long. 4 bedroom house on Sunnyside Rd. Currently rented out to family. We’ve had the place for about 20 years and haven’t done any upgrades to the electrical. Pretty sure we need a whole new rewire but keen to get a professional opinion. Let me know if more info needed.
