Alarm Reconnection at Circuit box

Our security alarm was disconnected (i believe) when we had a new air con installed. I believe they used the alarm electric wire connection at the circuit box for the air con (rather than installing a new connection) which meant the alarm is now unconnected. Because we was now selling we need to reconnect the security alarm which may mean installing a short cable or somehow hooking it up to existing connections. I have attached photos. The distance from the security box to the circuit box is around 2 to 3 mtrs as you can see in the photos.
