Extractor fan installation for bathroom

Extractor fan for a bathroom required. Ideally I'd like the extractor fan to be located in the ceiling and vented to the outside of the house, but other options are open for consideration. Bathroom floor plan is roughly 2.8 x 1.7m, extractor fan will be required. The attached photo is of the outside of the bathroom.
