We want the heated towel rail in our ensuite removed, the wires safely dead-ended, and a new plain towel rail installed. The ensuite is tiled, so you would need the right materials for drilling through tiles, and to be able to tidy up the holes left behind.

I was a little surprised by the cost, only because I didn't know how much the replacement powerpoint would be. A rough estimate would have been helpful, but all charges were very reasonable. Communication was great, and Dan was prompt and efficient.
