Bathrooms Extractor Light-Fan and Kitchen Waste Disposal Unit Install

We have a house (currently tenanted) in Sanctuary Complex (off Thomas Road, Huntington), Hamilton. It is a single story 3-bedroom House with two Bathroom s, One Common and One En-suite. Both bathrooms have Three-in-One type Fan/Heat-Lamp-Light , which is aged now and not serving purpose fully now. We need a quote to install new fittings with a extractor fan ducted outside. Also, kitchen has existing waste disposal unit which has stopped functioning , so need a replacement. One light switch need replacement in one bathroom. If interest in picking up job, we could arrange a visit to house. We would request you to mention the Make/Model of the Fan-Light-Heat unit and In-sink-aerator (waste disposal unit) you will be installing. Attaching few photos of job. (summary below) (a)  Kitchen - Waste Disposal is not working - possibly needs replacement (b) Bathroom - En-suite and Common Bathroom -    (i) Currently both bathroom have ceiling extractor (Heat-lamp+Extractor) - Possibly need a ducted separate exhaust fan(s)  (ii) One light switch need replacement
