Electrical work during the holidays

Hi there Address- 24B Pine Ave, Bader Need the below. I can supply hardware New heated towel rail installing a powerpoint for the rangehood replacing the lounge and hallway light fittings with slim LED Ceiling lights we currently have a total of two light bulbs for the kitchen and dining area. Can we replace them with LED downlights. We may have to add an extra downlight in the kitchen as one may not be enough replacing the entrance light bulb with a security light. smoke alarms X 2
