Needing to put an extractor fan in the bathroom of a rental in Hamilton East, preferably a roof unit ducted to outside. As well as changing the old style plug to a newer style unit. Can be done to suit your schedule but ideally within the next few weeks. Okay to view the property to firm up a quote. Cheers

Great work and highly recommend. Gave us options, worked in with the tenant to get the job installing heat lamp/fan and new switches in the bathroom.
