2 x non-working patio lights (power lost to the wiring)

Hi there, we have 2 x outdoor lights on our patio (just above the ranch sliders), both of which suddenly stopped working. One of the lights has been tested and works fine. In our test of one, we got no power through the actual wiring. House build year is 1998.
