add RCD bathroom powerpoint, replace 12v hanging lights in kitchen

Hi there, Im after a quote/estimate for a couple of small jobs. I have a hanging light hood I've just hung up in the kitchen - with 4 12v lights built in. there are 2 existing 12v lights in the ceiling which need to be removed and the new ones hooked up (have 2 converters in the ceiling already) Also looking to add a double RCD powerpoint in the bathroom, will need to run cable under the house or ceiling to tap into existing ones. (I'm happy to do the under house/ceiling stuff to feed the cable through if that's useful) Photos of switchboard + light unit.
