Attached garage to bedroom convertion

NEEDING DONE ASAP 3 lights, and half a dozen power points, in an attached garage that I'm converting into a room. May need a new circuit breaker or RCD put in switch bored, unsure though. All gib in room is off, but there is about four meters above one bedroom between garage and switch bored that wires will need to be run from within the ceiling. I have a 100m roll or 2.5mm cable to wire both lights and power points with. Am needing the wiring done ASAP
