Power to garage

We have a 1963 double garage which has no power installed. We would like to connect underground power line to the garage from the house supply but it is concreted between the buildings. Understand the need to cut the concrete and trench the line to an entry point in the garage. Need power for lights (interior and exterior), power points and possible automatic garage door openers (will be looking at getting roller doors installed) and also possible reroofing if budget allows
