Job description
Replace old style Conduit cabling with modern cable. Unsure how extensive the old cables are. Photo attached is from building inspection showing old cables in roofspace. Update switchboard. Confirm correct wiring for high draw appliances. It is a 1940 3 bedroon 1 bath 100m2 house recently purchased with settlement 29 Apr. House available for inspection 30 Apr. One person will be onsite to provide assistance.

I was happy with all aspects of Ben's work. His communication in advance was good. While on site he was flexible with the work required and gave some excellent suggestions to improve the electricsl layout and function. His work seemed to be a good standard and he cleaned up after his work. I will definately be using him again in future.
