LED Downlights with SDOC will be provided.Just installation required but light switches are not supplied. 10 double and 5 single power points supply and install Power supply for gas water heater power supply for one heat pump direct to mains 2 x bathroom fans to be wired, fans supplied. 2 x bathroom heaters to be wired, heaters supplied. 4 cat6 cables to be run about about 10m each. smartvent system to be installed - will supply unit which is SVO4 Evolve+ 2 extra vents, Heat transfer and Summer air source.
