Provide and install a new rangehood

We have a very old smeg rangehood (pullout to start variety), unsure if it is ducted or not. It works but is rusted out and very dirty. We’d like to replace it. We run the house as an air b&b and live overseas, but we’re at the house until Wednesday morning 6 March and the returning for a week from 15 March. We’d like to have the job done while we’re here.
