Full house rewire

1935 house requiring full update of electrics including the following recommendations from a recent report: Run a new earth lead from the switch board to outside and drive a new earth stake and install earth protection tube. Install new main earth and neutral bars to switch board. Run earth lead from switch board to stainless steel bench and bond the kitchen bench. Replace 1 x fuse carriers with circuit breakers and safety bases. Replace all old non-compliant plug and lighting circuits. Replace all old non- compliant light fittings with like for like compliant fittings. Replace any non-compliant plugs and switches. Replace old non-compliant range cable from switch board to the range and replace plug fitting from wall to oven. Arrange independent inspection and pay inspection charges. Carry out safety testing and provide Compliance Certificate. Also would like to replace and add outlets/switches
