Excellent work and pleasant tradesperson. I was not expecting the cost to be so high but in hindsight I should have been more careful to ask for a written quote rather than a telephone conversation. Having said that I am very pleased to have the 3 elements working again.

"I'm sorry that you thought the cost was high, I understand that there was an extra control needing to be changed (three instead of two), which wasn't expected or discussed prior to the job, when this was discovered, I tried to mitigate the extra cost by changing the control pricing and removed the extra time and removed $10 from the vehicle cost, The invoice had included a discount of $45.50. I do appreciate your business and hope to see you again 😊."
