Rewire a 1950s brick 3 bedroom house, which contains old black rubber-coated wiring in poor condition. Switchboard is also old but has some modern circuit-breakers. The bathroom has been modernised so should not need rewired. Access to ceiling and under floor is fairly easy. Also install 12 LED downlights (the ones that can be legally insulated over) to replace some older light fittings.
