Kitchen Electric Lighting Fault Investigation; Office power check and quotes

TIMEFRAME - Before the end of September JOB DETAILS - 1. I need a qualified electrician to look at the electrics in a kitchen area - replacement of a couple of power points (one loose) may be required and some dodgy lighting that often blows bulbs needs to be investigated and a quote for repair - I will almost certainly be available at home so if the quote is reasonable said repair may be able to begin immediately. 2. I need to have the electrics (power plugs and lighting) in a room I plan to use as an office space checked to ensure that it's going to be able to handle a decent load (multiplugs, high wattage appliances/computer/musical equipment) - if this area is shared with the upstairs kitchen, I'll need a quote for what it'll take to ensure this office space is self-contained and able to cope with the electrical demands. Again I will almost certainly be available at home so if required and the quote is reasonable said job may be able to begin immediately.
