Smoke alarms for two rental properties

Recent inspection report highlighted need to replace/maintain smoke alarms at my two rental properties in Parklands. Attached are images of the comments and some pictures of the alarms. Details are: Broadhaven Avenue - 3 bedroom house Lamorna Road - 4 bedroom house plus study. Would like to carry out the replacements/maintenance (possibly teat and battery) at the earliest.
