Remove existing hardwired appliance (small bathroom fan heater 2kg) & drop off to local supplier (retail store). Remove appliance from bracket. Remove bracket from wall. Bracket is attached to wall using 4 screws. Disconnect power and make safe. Power connection is appliance cable to j-box. No remediation of install site required. Just remove device. Drop product off to retailer in downtown Christchurch. No replacement product needs to be delivered or installed. Just remove & return.
