Inspection of a relocated meter required & roi issued ..

I have relocated a meter into a new meterbox 1m away from where it was situated on the main switchboard. & now require a roi certificate only because the mains cable was extended by 1m Needs roi certificate only ... for the frank energy retailer to have there own meter installer replace the faulty meter Job is to inspect & issue a roi certificate only ..
