Extractor Fan installation

I already have extractor fan on top of the bathroom ceiling. But there is no outlet leading to outside. if i turn the fan on then it is adding moiture onto my ceiling. Therefore i am looking for someone to help me putting extractor fan outlet from the existing fan or block out the current hole and put extractor fan on different loccation, whatever suit. I am also want to installed extractor fan in the kitchen too because we have none in the kitchen. However, the installation of extractor fan in the kitchen will depend on quote. we may need to guage with our budget for it.
