Move light switch to opposite wall - room has no gib currently

I've removed lining from a room and need the light switch (currently in a weird place) moved to the opposite wall to be beside the door. Light switch current wall: - on the same wall that the switchboard backs on to, so will need longer cabling to reach the other side (likely via the roof). Light switch proposed position: - opposite wall from where light switch currently is, beside the door - has cabling for the bathroom light switch and fan, if suitable to run anything off that
